Minors may participate in immersion programmes if the application is filled out by an adult and a waiver agreement is signed by a parent/guardian. Minors can travel with their own chaperone or in some cases, pay to have a chaperone with them in the country of destination.
Clients can sign up for an immerson programme directly on our website by filling out the form on the Registration page. Currently, Languesol International has partnerships with entities and individuals in Brazil, China, Cuba, France, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Martinique, Spain and Panama (See Brochure). If the country of your choice is not listed, speak with us about your language travel project and we will try to assist as best as possible.
We try to propose comprehensive immersion programmes that include language lessons at a certified language school. The lessons could also be private, based on the needs/desires of the client.

5. Direct Debit Instalment Plan
Payment Plans are granted for select programmes and in good faith that the individual concerned will adhere to the payment amounts and due dates agreed upon. As Languesol International is not a credit-lending institution; we expect that all outstanding payments will be made prior to departure. An instalment plan can be requested no earlier than 6 months prior to departure and no later than 3 months. The applicant understands that Languesol International will be using a secure payment gateway to initiate payment plans, which will require the applicant to create an account online, from where s/he can access payment schedules. The first payment will be due on the day that the payment plan is created.
The credit card used for the payment plan must belong to the applicant to the immersion programme. If a third party’s card is being used, the card holder must sign a credit card authorization form and send us proof of identification (passport/driver’s license/national ID card).
The applicant’s bank account must be in a state of solvency, with enough funds to cover each withdrawal. An email notification will be sent for each failed payment. You will be asked to rectify the issue within 48hours. If the issue has not been rectified within 48hrs, your payment plan will automatically be annulled. A late fee of 15€$ will be charged for each missed payment.
A payment plan may be cancelled at any time by sending a written request, at least 7 working days before the next due date, to info@languesolinternational.com. Languesol International will proceed to cancel your payment plan.
Refunds may be granted in accordance to the terms and conditions of the immersion programme concerned. If you need to change the date of your payment for any reason, please discuss this with Languesol International by contacting us at least 7 working days before the payment is scheduled.
NB: that based on the programme and destination, a particular payment-type may not be available.
