The Affiliate Programme by Languesol International is for any one who wants to earn money on the internet through our immersion programme commissions. Note that you do not need to own a website to join our Affiliate Programme. Membership in the programme is free - there is no set-up fee and no ongoing costs. As soon as you register, you will received a personalized referral link within 2-business days and you will get access to promotional materials, including discount codes for your followers.
We offer a standard 2,5% commission on all bookings advertised in our brochure made via the affiliates referral link or whenever a client indicates on the application form that they heard about us from you. This is limited to advertised packages (and does not pertain to extras requested by clients such as transportation bookings, chaperone services or other services which are not core to the immersion programmes and which are booked on behalf of the client. To give an example of the fee structure: if a programme costs 1500€, the affiliate will be paid 37.50€ in commission for the referral.
A booking is made when the client pays 100% of the fees due. No commission will be issued in the event of a cancelled booking. Commission is paid by way of PayPal, local or international wire transfer or via credit card on the affiliate’s website. Languesol International will absorb the fees incurred in sending the commission and will choose the least costly method. The Affiliate should be informed of the fees involved in receiving payment, which will be absorbed by the affiliate. Commission is paid in Euros. It is the affiliate's responsability to provide accurate payment details. Commission is paid within 60 days following receipt of full payment by client and provided that no cancellations are made within three weeks after booking. The affiliate may choose to let commissions accrue (to an amount not exceeding 500 EUR) over a three-month period before being disbursed.
The affiliate will provide Languesol with an online platform to promote its immersion programmes and other services. This could be (but not limited to) including the referral link in an blog article, in a social media post, on a website et cetera. The affiliate agrees to present Languesol International in a manner consistent with information published by the entity on its site. We offer free consultation services and try to include as many information as possible on our website, so the affiliate must refer any questions it cannot answer to Languesol International.
Languesol International must supply the affiliate with accurate information about its immersion programmes and other offers. By listing a service or programme, Languesol International represents that it has the right and ability to sell the service at the listed price and that the listing is accurate, current and complete. Languesol International will process all payments relative to our immersion programmes by clients referred to us by the affiliate. Languesol must inform the affiliate of payments received and calculate the commission due. Languesol International is not responsible for the non-payment of fees by clients for other services offered by the affiliate. In the event that a client referred to us by an affiliate elects to extend a programme, Languesol International must credit the affiliate's account with the due Commission. Languesol International agrees not to circumvent the obligation to pay the affiliate a commission for every client who has learned about Languesol International on any website owned by the affiliate prior to making an inquiry directly with Languesol International and who either uses the referral link or states the referrer in the application form.
It is the Affiliate’s responsibility to meet any tax liability incurred as a result of receiving commissions from Languesol International. Please contact your nearest Tax office for further details about the amount that entities are entitled to earn from commissions and sales without any tax liability.
Languesol International cannot be held liable in the event of non-performance of its obligations, or delays in performance that may result from force majeure (defined as any unforeseeable or unstoppable outside event in the sense of the Disaster Risk Management Act of 2015).
The affiliate acknowledge that all documents, forms, drawings, images, videos, logos, flyers and code shared to allow for website embedding as well as any technical or commercial information provided during the time of agreement shall remain the property of Languesol International and/or its suppliers, and may not be reproduced or transmitted to any third party without the prior written agreement of Languesol International and/or its suppliers.
The affiliate agrees to adhere to a non-disclosure policy in order to protect the confidentiality of information Languesol International wishes to communicate to its affiliates, and to keep confidential any client information it may have obtained. Languesol International may disclose information (material, files, guidelines and any document or messaging exchange on any platform) to the affiliate. Unless otherwise stated, the affiliate will not disclose any of the material sent by Languesol International to third parties. The affiliate will ensure that this information remains strictly confidential.
Any dispute or litigation regarding the validity or interpretation of these terms will be addressed before the relevant legal entity in Jamaica which has jurisdiction over Languesol International
Languesol International may give leave to the affiliate or the affiliate may leave the programme by giving adequate written notice via email email@example.com. 1 week is considered adequate notice. Languesol International will still be required to honour pending commissions prior to the affiliate’s departure. All referral links will be cancelled following the affiliate's departure. The affiliate understands that no commission will be due for any referral made following their departure
